Personal Trauma & Addiction Specialist

An Arkansas native, Chris has a BA in Criminal Justice from Arkansas Baptist University and MS in Addiction Studies from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He is Arkansas state board certified and internationally certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Chris is the founder and CEO of Court Outreach Referral and Placement Program (CORPP). He is currently the Little Rock Homeless Service Advocate.


Justice Advisory Council

Alan has been employed with Pulaski County Sheriff's Office for 20 years. He currently where he holds the position of Captain of Intake. He is a graduate of Pulaski Technical College and Arkansas Baptist College.


Fundraising Coordinator

LaBrenda is an Arkansas native. She graduated from Saginaw High School in Michigan. She attended the PSMI program for Business Administration at Philander Smith College (now University). She also received her Leadership in Ministry certification from Arkansas Central Baptist College. LaBrenda takes pride in helping those who cannot help themselves. She founded LBC Outreach Ministries, which provides services and resources to unsheltered and underserved persons in Central Arkansas and surrounding areas. She currently serves as a Division Manager for Arkansas Support Network. LaBrenda supports and advocates for families with loved ones who suffer with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.


Compliance Advisor

Currently retired, Carolyn worked 45 years with Arkansas Department of Human Services, in various capacities. She obtained a BA in Social Work from Philander Smith College (now University), a MA in Human Services Development from Webster University, a Master's Certification in Conflict Mediation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Master's Certification in Human Resource Management from Devry-Kellar School of Management.


Intern Supervisor

Sky is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker with Arkansas Behavioral Health Centers. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.


Founder and Executive Director

Tracy served 27 years with Pulaski County Sheriff's Office before retiring as a Captain in 2021. She obtained a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a MA in Public Administration from Arkansas State University. She founded Brighter Days Resource Alliance, Inc. after her child sustained a moderate-severe traumatic brain injury from an assault. As a caregiver, parent, and public servant, Tracy endeavors to spread awareness about brain injury, its' prevalence among justice involved persons, and assist survivors obtain necessary resources, including education and mentoring, to live sustainable lives.
